Whether roads are your thing or mountain tracks and bridleways, Ceredigion is a great county for cycling. There are numerous numbered trails to follow near The Three Spaniels, or pack up your bikes and head for the nearby Brechfa forest which is criss-crossed with tracks, bridleways and dedicated cycle routes. There’s a great pub too – The Black Lion in Abergorlech - just a 100 metres from the forest car park where muddy cyclists can be sure of a warm welcome and a hearty lunch.
Our shepherd’s hut has a lovely hot shower and a heated towel rail for warm fluffy towels, just what you need after a day’s biking through muddy puddles. We can hose down muddy bikes ready for the next day’s adventures and Dave’s workshop is nearby should you need some space for repairs. There’s plenty of room in the Hut garden for your bikes or we can keep them undercover overnight for you, the choice is yours.
