Your data may be stored in a physical notebook and on our email account. The data that is kept is used to enable us to provide the services you have requested. Emails and paper notes are deleted shortly after the enquiry has been dealt with or after your stay with us is over.
Technical data and website analytical data is kept on Google Analytics and is kept indefinitely.

There is very limited access to your data. The owners, Dave & Miranda Hudson are the only people who have access to your data. We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we retain your data
Emails and enquiries are kept only for as long as necessary for us to provide our services to you. Once we have responded to your enquiry or your stay with us is over, emails are deleted. Only information necessary for our company accounts is kept.
Google Analytics data is kept indefinitely.
